Transfers for travel agencies and tour operators

Which transfers can I book for my clients?

Every private transfer Daniel runs in El Calafate can be booked for travel agency or tour operator clients. Each service is for a single travel party: the vehicle is never shared with passengers from another booking.

Personalized service from arrival to departure: the transfer is part of the experience too.

• Comandante Armando Tola International Airport (FTE): arrival (airport → hotel) or departure (hotel → airport). Service details: El Calafate airport transfer.
• Bus terminal: arrival or departure, between the terminal and your client's accommodation, with help with the luggage.
• Perito Moreno Glacier: round trip with waiting time (the driver waits while your client walks the boardwalks) or one leg: drop-off at the Glacier, or pick-up there, arranged in advance and with the passenger already at the Glacier. It is also the transfer for clients booked on Minitrekking, Big Ice or a boat trip. More: Perito Moreno Glacier transfer.
• El Chaltén: a one-way transfer (there or back; going and returning are two transfers) or a Full Day, there and back the same day with the driver waiting. It can leave straight from the airport. See the El Chaltén transfer.
• Torres del Paine (Chile): a full transfer that crosses the border in the same vehicle, with the same driver, to the park or to the accommodation in Puerto Natales. It takes about 5 hours to the park entrance, plus 1 to 2 hours of border formalities in high season (from September to late March / early April). See the Torres del Paine transfer.
• Estancias: La Estela, per leg (there or back, from the airport or from the hotel; see the Estancia La Estela transfer); Nibepo Aike, where Daniel drives your client there, waits during the visit and brings them back; and Río Mitre, where he drops them off, waits and brings them back.
• Other services: Puerto Bandera, Puerto Bandera + Glacier, City Tour, Walichú, Glaciarium and Río Gallegos.

What service does each passenger get?

Your client gets the same service as any traveler who books directly with Daniel:

• Exclusive vehicle: only the passenger and their party ride; no stops at other hotels.
• A sign with their name at the FTE airport exit.
• Real-time flight monitoring: if the flight is delayed, Daniel waits, at no extra cost.
• Door to door: pick-up and drop-off at their hotel or at the address you give us.
• Price per vehicle, not per person.

Daniel speaks Spanish and basic Portuguese, Italian and English. On WhatsApp we write to you in your language.

How do I send a booking to Daniel?

Bookings are arranged on WhatsApp, at +54 9 2966 780800. For each transfer, send us:

1. Passenger name (the one that goes on the sign).
2. Date and time of the service.
3. Flight number or, for arrivals by coach, the bus number and company.
4. Hotel or address where they are staying.
5. Number of passengers.
6. A note, if there is anything the driver should know.

If your client has several services (for example, the airport arrival, the Glacier and the transfer to El Chaltén), you can send them all in one message, with the date of each. We confirm availability and the price of each transfer.

What service documentation does the agency get?

We operate with all licenses up to date for El Calafate, El Chaltén and Torres del Paine (Chile). Service documentation is sent on request.

We hold the Los Glaciares National Park authorization to stop at the viewpoints along the way to the glacier.

Can you transfer groups of passengers?

Yes. A car takes up to 4 passengers. Groups of more than 4 passengers: contact us. We have a Hyundai H1 (up to 11 passengers) and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (15 to 19 passengers, depending on the unit); for larger groups we combine vehicles.

For a group, send us the total number of passengers and the approximate luggage along with the booking details, and we will tell you which vehicles each transfer needs.

Who pays for the boat trip and the park entrance?

Daniel provides the transfer. The boat trip (Safari Náutico or Safari Azul) is run by Hielo y Aventura and each passenger pays for it at the Bajo de las Sombras pier: Daniel never charges for the boat trip. The Los Glaciares National Park entrance fee is also paid separately, on arrival. Minitrekking and Big Ice are booked directly with the park operators; Daniel provides the transfer.

For Torres del Paine, the park pass is sold online only and in advance at pasesparques.cl; your client should have it before leaving El Calafate. At Nibepo Aike and La Estela, activities are booked with each estancia. Fishing at Río Mitre requires the Santa Cruz province fishing permit, available at the fishing shops in downtown El Calafate.

What are the rates for travel agencies?

Agency rates: contact us. They are not published on the website: message us on WhatsApp with the services, dates and number of passengers, and we will get back to you.

Torres del Paine is quoted in US dollars and the price is confirmed based on the number of passengers and the hotel. How each transfer can be paid is explained in paying in El Calafate.
